The following work was carried out to construct the system:
- Construction site setup, provision of BE, construction site clearance
- Manufacture of a pilot probe / Conduct a thermal response test including evaluation
- Design of the system using analytical calculations and carrying out a hydraulic calculation
- Preparation of approval, execution, work and assembly as well as revision planning
- Construction of a total of 24 geothermal probes of 70 m each including disposal of 121 t of drilling cuttings and disposal of excess drilling fluid.
- Construction of 448 m³ of trenches for the laying of pipelines / excavation for the construction of an excavation pit for the distribution shaft
- Disposal of 549 t of surplus soil
- Supply and installation of 46 t of rolled gravel, 114 t of cable sand and 294 t of backfill material as well as reinstallation of 440 m³ of laterally stored excavated material
- Laying of 1,302 m of connecting pipes and connecting the connecting pipes to the geothermal probes. Laying of 8 m of collecting pipe.
- Installation of a 24-way distribution shaft and connection of the connecting and collecting lines to the shaft
- Filling the system with 5 m³ of heat transfer medium and carrying out the hydraulic balancing
- Final functional test of the system
